Setting up synchronization is a breeze in 3 simple steps:

1. In Profile/Calendar Integration -> Copy Link

2. Email the link to yourself on your laptop/PC (this doesn't work on mobile)

3. (On Laptop/PC) Integrate the SHUBiDU link as a subscription in your main calendar:

   • Outlook: Open another calendar/Paste link from the internet (Video).

   • Google: Add another calendar (via URL/link) (Video).

• Can I display appointments from another calendar in SHUBiDU?

  At the moment, this feature is not available. SHUBiDU focuses on displaying all family appointments in other calendars, such as your work calendar. This approach ensures seamless integration, as many companies restrict the ability to sync in the opposite direction.

• How long does it take for an appointment to appear in my calendar?

  Appointments appear instantly when setting up the Premium version. If you enter a new appointment in the app, it may take slightly longer to appear in your calendar. This depends on how often your calendar updates for new appointments, which is beyond our control. Typically, they should be visible within 2 hours.

• I imported the calendar, but no new appointments are showing. Why is that?

  Please avoid importing the calendar. Importing is a one-time action and does not capture ongoing changes. It’s essential to integrate the link as a subscription—this ensures that new appointments are transferred automatically.

• I don't want to see all appointments, only those that concern me.

  Yes, that’s possible! You can simply copy the personalized link in the app, where only your appointments are stored.
